Jason founded PMP in 2009 with one mandate: manage every property like it's your own. His strategic vision and commitment to investor-first culture have shaped everything we do.
Oliver oversees the daily operations and strategic direction of PMP. His focus on process, performance, and investor transparency ensures every portfolio runs at its best.
Alex manages investor relations, tenant oversight, and lease compliance. His BA in Business Administration and deep GTA market knowledge keep every portfolio optimized.



Associate Property Manager
With 13 years in GTA residential real estate, Lorie handles vendor coordination, maintenance management, and tenant relations, ensuring every property stays in top condition.
Yesenia manages the full financial backbone of PMP, from invoice payments and bank reconciliation to keeping every account accurate and up to date. Investors can trust the numbers because Yesenia makes sure they're right.
Kriz supports Lorie across day-to-day property operations, handling maintenance work orders, tenant communication, and rent collection. Her attention to detail keeps every task moving and every tenant taken care of.
