I have been dealing with Real Property Management Services to manage a property for more than two years. From the very beginning the process has been quite fluid and all communications have been prompt and efficient. They started the process of taking pictures, unit inspection, advertising and screening potential renters — all done within only two days from signing on. I strongly recommend PMP for a truly hands-free rental experience, particularly for busy individuals who don't want or have the time to deal with advertising, selection, rent collection and all the other issues related to owner/tenant relations. Truly worth it.
