PMP's Toronto management plans start at 6.9% of gross rents collected (minimum $125/month per unit). The Investor plan is 8.9% and the Executive plan is 10.9%. All plans include a one-time $187 setup fee. Every fee is confirmed in writing before you sign.
Yes, condos are the majority of our Toronto portfolio. We handle condo corporation coordination, status certificates, amenity bookings, superintendent communication, and all tenant relations within the building's rules.
Toronto's rental market is active year-round. We advertise on MLS via our realtor partner, use professional photography with 2D schematics, and run advanced tenant screening. Most units are placed within 2-4 weeks of listing. Our Investor and Executive plans include a tenant replacement guarantee if the placed tenant vacates early.
Every PMP client gets access to the online investor portal — monthly income and expense statements, maintenance history, and year-end documents. You always know exactly where your investment stands.
